Warranty Information
Digital Groove Productions warrants the Groove
MachineTM to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship, under normal conditions of use, and for the Operating System/SP
level originally installed on the product when shipped for a period of 1-year from the
date of purchase. Some components of the system are warranted by the
manufacturer for longer than the warranty period offered from Digital Groove
Productions. It is the customers responsibility to contact the manufacturer of
the defective part after the 1-year warranty has expired.
In order to obtain warranty service, do the
following:
- E-mail support@digital-groove
or call 513.325.5329 to try to resolve the issue in the quickest and easiest
manner for you.
- If the product needs to be returned, you
will receive an RMA # from your support representative.
- Package the product in its original
shipment box.
- Send the package with PREPAID Shipping and Insurance -
Digital Groove Productions/DAWSTORE.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged
goods in transit for return purposes - to:

Please
write the RMA# on the outside of the package.
Digital Groove Productions agrees, at our option during the warranty period, to
repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish an equal product in
exchange without charges, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction
and proof of the date of purchase. Digital Groove Productions will contact you
once the item is received and a determination of the faulty component has been
made.
