DAWSTORE will provide support services for your DAW
related questions after the 30-day unlimited support term based upon the
following rates:
- An initial payment of $25 for support case initiation and the first 10
minutes of support
- After that, a rate of $12.50 for 10-minute increments will apply - rounded up
to the next 10 minutes (i.e. 25 minutes of support will be billed at $50)
- Maximum rate per case is $250 or 5 hours, whichever comes first.
Customers who purchased DAW systems from DAWSTORE.com will receive their first
10 minutes of support for a discounted rate of $10 and just $10 for 10-minute
increments.

support?

Payment by approved credit card is the
only form of payment accepted for support.
We currently accept
VISA, MasterCard and American Express as means of payment. We will
begin support based upon a successful
transaction with one of the cards listed above in US funds. Our real-time
credit-card processing will give you secure, instantaneous payment processing.
You will also receive an e-mail receipt once the order is processed.
