Digital-Groove Machine? Q. Why should I buy a Digital-Groove Machine? A. Quite simply, because you will get the highest quality DAW money can buy, designed and built for your specific needs - for a great price. Plus, we go out of our way to support you to ensure that you can maximize productivity with your new Groove Machine. What happens after I pay for my Groove Machine? A. After a successful payment process, you will receive an e-mail that contains specific information that you can use to login to our Order Status System to track your machines status from when we start to build it to the moment it's shipped. When you login, you will see an order summary page that details your purchases here at Digital Groove. Just click the order your interested in to get it's status. We will also e-mail a status update to you as we complete your Groove Machine. Q. What do I get with my Groove Machine? A. All of our machines come with a list of standard equipment and it grows daily. So click here to get a list of the current extras. Q. How long does it take to build a machine for me? A. Usually, orders are filled within 5-7 business following payment for a machine. Large orders (3 or more machines) can take longer, but never longer than 14 business days. If a component that your require is back-ordered from our supplier, we will notify you of the expected arrival date of the component and the expected shipping date of your Groove Machine. Q. What kind of warranty do I get with my Groove Machine? A. All Groove Machines comes with a 30-day, unlimited support (for software and configuration pertaining to items sold by Digital-Groove) and a 1 year limited warranty on all parts. Basically, all the internal components are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of time (e.g. Hard Drives are usually 3 years). These warranties are in effect as if you built the machine yourself. If during the first year of ownership (based on our ship date) you have a failure that is the fault of hardware, we will replace the component at no cost to you.
